ORDERING INFORMATION
We are pleased to present our product catalog, which represents a partial listing of items we stock including a large selection of natural and Kosher products. Our product list is alphabetized and numbered. The use of both the chemical name and our code number will doubly insure against errors. If you are unable to locate a desired item, please contact us and we will assist you. If you have need of a chemical not listed, a product of higher purity, special synthesis, custom blending and/or compounding, please call with a request.

HOW TO ORDER
There are no minimum order requirements; no small shipment surcharges, and no overpack surcharge on hazardous chemicals. Any size is welcome! It is our policy to process orders immediately, whenever possible. After hours automated ordering is now available.

SHIPPING
United Parcel Service, Federal Express or other common carriers make shipments from our Livingston, New Jersey facility, as we deem appropriate or as requested by the customer. When necessary oby request, shipments may be by air, in compliance with applicable regulations.

At the customer's request, our chemical products can be packaged in kilograms or pounds.

RETURNS
No returns may be made without prior authorization from Penta Customer Service.
Notification should be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Net 30 days (subject to credit approval)
  • International accounts are welcome.
  • All prices are F.O.B. Livingston or as stated.
  • Many of our products are Kosher - and certified by KOF-Kosher Supervision
